  • Technological Innovations:
    • Developed and maintained an online enrollment and school administration portal, streamlining operations for administrators and volunteers.
    • Introduced a student and teacher attendance system, enhancing the efficiency of school activities.
  • Leadership Roles:
    • Served as a dedicated teacher, imparting knowledge and passion for the Tamil language to students.
    • Exhibited exemplary leadership as the principal of one of our branch schools.
    • Acted as the Balar Malar Treasurer for two years, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
    • Oversaw educational programs and curricula as the Balar Malar Academic Coordinator.
  • Student Engagement:
    • Organized three years of Balar Malar Tamil competitions, introducing additional group events to engage students actively.
    • Coordinated book release functions, introducing Tamil literature to students and the community.
    • Served as Master of Ceremonies for annual day functions, ensuring seamless coordination of events.
