பாலர் மலர் பரமாட்டா – Balar Malar Parramatta
Balar Malar Tamil School is one of the pioneering Tamil community language schools in Australia. Started in 1977 as weekend Tamil learning sessions led by language enthusiasts, Balar Malar has grown steadily over the decades into a well-established network of branches across NSW, driven by volunteers and supported by the Tamil community.
Balar Malar Tamil School operates under the auspices of New South Wales Federation of Community Language Schools (NSWFCLS) and is also a member of New South Wales Federation of Tamil Language Schools (NSWFTS)
The Balar Malar Parramatta Branch, started this year, brings Tamil learning closer to families in and around Parramatta and Western Sydney. Students learn Tamil systematically with clear progression across levels, build confidence in literacy skills through guided reading and writing, and become part of a welcoming community of students, parents, and volunteers.
